The Institute of Contemporary Dance is happy to offer studio rentals to the dance and arts community. There are three studio spaces available, and all renters will have shared access to our break room area and ADA compliant restrooms. Large group gatherings in these common areas are not allowed. No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premises. Rentals will require a credit card on file to cover any damages or additional expenses. We do offer non-profit discounts of 20% off the total rental (documentation is required).
All booking must go through our online scheduler, Wellness Living. Follow this link here to put in your rental request. Please remember that this is only a request and you will be contacted via phone or email with a confirmation. Make sure you have a credit card on file. Your studio rental will not be reserved until we have payment which we will charge once the request is approved. If you do not see a time or studio available please contact us for extra availability.
Below are our studio offerings which are listed by the size of the space and number of people that will be in the room. Our normal business hours for rentals are: Monday- Thursday 9AM-9PM; Friday 9-12PM; Saturday 9-6PM; Sunday 10-3PM. Rentals outside of these hours will incur a $15 per hour fee on top of the rental fee. Auditions, workshops, performances, video productions and photo shoots, or for full facility rentals, you must contact us prior to booking as these types of rentals will incur additional costs.

PErforMANCE/ Meeting/ Party RENTAL
Book the Institute of Contemporary Dance for your next event! Whether it is a corporate meeting, holiday party or a performance we can accommodate you with all three spaces or just one. Studio A has lighting capability, projection capability, state of the art sound system, 2 wireless microphones, stage manager and tech booth and seating normally for up to 50 people. The space can be set as a proscenium or in the round for a performance but also can be customized to whatever your needs are for your event. Fees include a front desk staff and cleaning. Rates vary on use of three studios or just one. There is also a parking lot in the back and street parking is free for your guests. Please contact us for rates and availability.
