The Institute of Contemporary Dance is happy to host your own birthday party in our space! These parties are customizable to you and your movers needs and desires. We can work with you on making it an effortless and fun event! Parties are charged with the base non-refundable rate which includes the Studio space, 10 movers, tables, chairs, tablecloths, basic “Happy Birthday” decorations, plates, napkins and silverware (1) ICD Teacher for a 30 min class and (1) ICD Staff Member. After ten movers have been reached, the cost is $15 for each additional person participating in the party. Choose from one of our many party theme options or let us know how to work with yours!

Birthday Party Base Price:  $350 (for 2.5 hours includes set up and breakdown)
Additional Time: $60 per hour
Additional Movers: $15 per mover
Add a Character: $50 per 30 minutes
Add Party Theme Decorations/ Games/ Craft: $150 per event

9:30-10AM ICD Staff Set up
10-10:30AM Birthday Mover and Family Arrives to set up anything additional ( 30 min)
10:30-10:45AM Birthday Guests arrive ( 15 min)
10:45-11:15AM Dance Class/ Dance Games in Studio with ICD Staff ( 30 min)
11:15-12PM Cake/ Snacks/ Drinks ( provided by Birthday Mover and Family) Dance Games (45 min)
12-12:30PM Clean up ( 30 min)
